Breakfast:
In the morning from 7 am to 9:45 am a rich breakfast from the buffet awaits you. Rolls from our baker, oven-fresh bread, homemade wholemeal bread with sourdough from the senior chef, fresh croissants, homemade jams and compotes, cheese and sausage delicacies, cereals and overnight oats, egg dishes as well as cakes and fruit.
The freshly roasted beans come from Alps Coffee in South Tyrol. You can choose between espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, melange and latte macchiato. Tea lovers choose one of Ronnefeldt’s exclusive teas from the buffet at the Samowar.
Restaurant:
Open by reservation for groups of 20 people or more or for special offers like New Year’s Eve. The siblings Rainer Eisendle and Heidi Corazza cook for you personally.
