FAQ-Hotel

There are two handicapped and wheelchair accessible rooms available according to ÖNORM B1600 and ÖNORM B1603 – these are directly accessible from the own parking lot.

Aircondition is available in four rooms of the Classic category and three rooms of the Superior category from May to September – the surcharge is only € 15,00 per night.

Allergic room with parquet floor and down free. Please specify when making your reservation. For breakfast please also inform us of any allergies such as lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance. 

At the house there are two parking spaces reserved for e-cars and Tesla. Each of the parking spaces has a Type2 11kW connection. For hotel guests the parking fee is €25,00 per night including charging till 60kWh, surcharge for more than 60kWh is +€10,00. You charge at cost price – as of 1.1.2024

Your room is ready for you from 3 pm and we ask you for the check-out until 11 am on the departure day. If you arrive earlier or want to stay longer, please ask. 

If you arrive after 9 pm, please let us know. You will receive a code for the self-check-in at the Hotelomat at the entrance. This is very easy on the touch screen. 

A dog that is not too big is allowed in two rooms of the Classic category with previous registration (€ 20,00 per night without food). In any case, the hotel reserves the right to charge a final cleaning fee (no pollution free; light pollution € 30,00; heavy pollution from € 70,00). Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. Please understand that your four-legged darling is not allowed in the beds, restaurant, breakfast room or garden.

You can book family rates in the family room online or write us an inquiry and we will prepare an individual offer for you.
We offer family rooms for families with up to three children and the Junior Suite. If you have four or more children, you would have to book two rooms. 
1 adult + 1 child: For an adult with a child, the single room price applies with an extra charge of € 50.00 per night for the child.
Baby cot will be provided in the room after previous registration (€ 15.00 flat rate).

Internet in every room included in the room price – convenient via Wireless WiFi or especially secure via cable (Ethernet, RJ45 with up to 150 Mbps).

Since 2008 the whole hotel is smoke-free – for our smoking guests we offer covered places in front of the hotel entrance and at the garden exit. 

The 36 hotel parking spaces are reserved only for our guests and included in the room price.
If you would like to take the Munich-Venice hiking trail from us or continue cycling along the Inntal cycle path, you are welcome to park your car at the car park. The parking fee is € 8,00 per day and you can get a parking ticket at the reception.

Garage spaces in the locked, hotel garage at € 20,00 per night.

You can pay for your stay in cash or with Maestro, Apple Pay, V-Pay, Visa or Mastercard. For special offers (hot-deal, non-refundable), the total amount is due at the time of booking and will be debited or must be paid in advance.  

Cancellation is free of charge until two days before arrival. After that the cancellation fee will be charged as specified in the confirmation of the booking.

For the high season such as New Year’s Eve or fairs, for longer stays and for the junior suite or family rooms, the cancellation conditions customary in Austria apply. We will point this out to you when you make your booking. 

We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance if necessary. This will be suggested during the online booking or will be stated on your booking confirmation. 

Rates are available as a PDF document. At certain times we offer discounted prices and at times when demand is high, these may also increase.
